Room Prices (per room per night)

Double Occupancy
Double Room one night - £65 - £70.00
Double Room more than 7 nights POA

Single Occupancy
Double Room single night £40- £55.00 per night.

Prices include Full English Breakfast and are per room per night. If you have any special dietary requirements please advise us when booking.

Breakfasts are served from 7am to 9.am.

We are sorry but we do not take children.

Extremely reasonable rates.

Bookings made through book online above,
are to be paid in full at time of booking.
However if you Book direct by email/phone you'll save
online booking fees!

Breakfasts are served with homemade fresh bread,
free range eggs and organic fruits and meat (where possible),
plus yoghurts, cereals and muesli. Special diets are also catered for.

Dependant on the weather, breakfasts can
be taken in the conservatory overlooking our well
stocked and beautifully maintained garden.

Check in and Check out times
The normal check in time is after 4:30pm on the day of arrival and the check out time is 10:30am on the day of departure.

However, if you wish to arrive early or depart late please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.
